Google Background Themes

When was the last time you conducted a search on Google? If you head to their page now, you’ll see that the company has automatically turned on background themes as a default choice.

Don’t worry, they are automatic for a while only and will return back to an optional choice after 24 hours according to Google. The move is an attempt to draw attention to their background features, as many users may not know that there is an option to change the background from that plain white one.

If you head to the page in the bottom left-hand corner, you’ll see that there is a wide variety of backgrounds to choose from – which one do you like best?

I have to say I had no idea about Google Backgrounds. It definitely adds a bit of life into the Google homepage anyway. Do you prefer custom background themes or not?

Tipe of Google’s background image:

1. Leaves, grass or trees – The green color is considered one of the most relaxing colors for the eyes, causing less eyestrain.

2. Landscapes – Especially now that the holidays are close, a background with your favorite vacation destination will keep you optimistic and relaxed

3. Loved ones – Google’s default search page can now become your digital photo frame, where you can display photos of your family, friends, or even pets.

4. Celebrities – Your favorite movie stars, like Megan Fox or Robert Downey Jr., will be proud to be featured on your Google page. Even politicians can find a place here, president Obama being a prime choice.

5. Art – Reproductions of famous painting can stylishly decorate your workspace, and the selection is more than diverse

Sandra Bullock Kisses Scarlett Johansson!

Sandra Bullock just sucked face with Scarlett Johansson at the MTV Movie Awards -- talk about one helluva rebound!!!

The girl-on-girl action went down just moments ago -- after Sandy got a huge standing ovation while receiving something called the Generation Award.

After the smooch, Bullock addressed the attention now placed on her personal life, saying "Can we please go back to normal because therapy is really expensive. Go back to making fun of me, I don't care, its time to get back to normal."

The kiss comes around the 4:00 mark.
